WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payments are accepted via Paypal and Venmo. Email me to place an order providing as much detail as possible. I'll send you an official invoice with processing times and links for payment to be made.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the custom nature of the invitations, I do not offer refunds or returns.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply email me with your party details and we'll go from there! Based on the custom nature of the orders, my prices vary so it's difficult to process requests at a flat rate. Letting me know your budget and your wants helps me work with you on coming up with the perfect product for your event. Feel free to include photo inspiration with your email so I can see what style of a product you're looking for! (Even if the photo isn't my product!) I try to stay affordable and keep my prices below-average of those on Etsy and other sites. It doesn't hurt to ask a price in a private message and if it doesn't work for you - no harm no foul! I don't send pesky follow up emails and I don't pressure you into making a sale. I try to make the process as easy as possible!
WHAT IF I DON'T SEE THE PRODUCT I WANT ON YOUR WEBSITE?
I can probably still create what you want! If you follow me on Facebook and Instagram you'll be able to see all the different types of projects I create for customers. It doesn't hurt to ask and I will try my hardest to create what you want!
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I work from home. If you prefer to speak over the phone or meet in person to see my past work that's absolutely an option, just send an email my way and let me know! I also offer free pick up in Santa Clarita and Palmdale, CA.
WHERE CAN I SEE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK?
I have over 100 five-star reviews/recommendations on my Facebook page (link at the bottom of my website). I also copy those sweet reviews to my Instagram every other Friday for "Feedback Friday" posts. Additionally, whenever I can, I tag my customer on Instagram when posting their product - this shows that I'm working with real people and providing real products!
